This is a test page for a new website. The organization is expected to be operating by Spring, 2008.
This page is still being developed. When completed, it have links to other websites and resources that relate to events taking place in the Western Reserve.

You will notice that county lines are not quite the same as for today. Most notably, on pre-1840 maps, Geauga County extends all the way to Lake Erie. Lake County was organized in 1840. In order to lay claim to the amount of land needed to create a separate county, Lake County claims some of the land under Lake Erie.
